As hard as it seems—or maybe as simple as it sounds, sometimes the only thing we can remind ourselves to do is to let go and allow ourselves the space to breathe. Allow yourself space to release all the tension that you have been holding onto. Be it physically like unclenching your jaw and relaxing your shoulders, or your need for control over everything.
