One moment you can feel like the happiest person on earth, then you can feel like you're thrown into the middle of the deep ocean the next. Feeling stranded, helpless. Life is happening and so unpredictable. But I always trust that everything happens for a reason. Where there is darkness, there shall always be light. Take heart, move forward a day at a time. An arrow is pulled back only to be propelled forward stronger. We will make it out of the darkness together, we will see the light at the end of this storm together.

As hard as it seems—or maybe as simple as it sounds, sometimes the only thing we can remind ourselves to do is to let go and allow ourselves the space to breathe. Allow yourself space to release all the tension that you have been holding onto. Be it physically like unclenching your jaw and relaxing your shoulders, or your need for control over everything. It's all a work in progress of course, it's a process that we have to unlearn and re-navigate again. Sending all the love and strength your way, we are on this journey together.
